# `ConduitMcp.Transport.SSEStream.Owner`

Long-lived process that owns the `:conduit_mcp_sse_streams` ETS table,
the slot table behind the HTTP transports' `:max_streams` cap on
streamed POST responses: one row per open stream, keyed by the pid
serving it.

Started under `ConduitMcp.Supervisor` by `ConduitMcp.Application`, so the
table outlives every individual stream.
